In our continued commitment to fostering a compliant, transparent, and well-informed workplace, KZNSB recently hosted a comprehensive Employee Policy Induction Workshop.
This important event was designed to ensure that all staff members are fully acquainted with the latest organizational policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
The workshop served as a platform to reinforce key principles around workplace conduct, health and safety regulations, data protection, grievance handling, and employee rights and responsibilities.
