The event was an outdoor set-up with a beautiful ocean view on the background. The stakeholders set up gazebos and feather banners for exhibition. The event started on Thursday the 1^st of September 2022 the program was set to start with presentations to the public and stakeholders present, to best educate public about the ocean, beach activities were amongst other measures done. and concluded with a shark dissection presentation. School learner were later invited to attend shark dissection of which they enjoyed it the most.
